Nbuncil Vannesia was born April 18, in a vibrant community that fostered early love for nature and the environment. Growing up, she was acutely aware of the beauty and fragility of the world around her, which would later shape her academic and professional pursuits. With a keen interest in environmental issues, she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science at the University of Buea. Her time at university was marked by a commitment to understanding the intricate relationships between humans and their environment, and she excelled in her studies, laying a strong foundation for her future endeavors. Nbuncil continued her education at the University of Buea, where she earned a Master’s degree in Disaster Risk Management. This advanced study equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the challenges posed by natural disasters, particularly in vulnerable communities. Nbuncil is a passionate advocate for environmental sustainability and child safety.
